Ingredients
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup chicken broth
1 pint cream (heavy or light)
4 c shredded italian cheese
2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
dried parsley for decoration
Cooking Instructions
Saute garlic in olive oil until brown. And the chicken broth and cream. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly so the milk won't burn. Add in the shredded bagged cheeses, stir until mixed/blended.
Add more cream/cheese for desired thickness.
Makes 6-8 servings
