Topping:
1/2 C brown sugar
1-1/2 sticks butter - melted (can use 3/4 stick)
1 C coconut
1/2 C chopped pecans
1 C cornflakes
Place sugar, coconut, pecans, corn flakes in bowl. Add melted butter. Mix well.
Place topping on potatoes and bake another 12 -20 minutes at 400 F.
