PIZZA DOUGH
2 cups bread flour, reserve 1 cup when kneading
1 teaspoon salt
2 packages. Rapid rise yeast
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 cup warm water (120-130 degrees)
2 Tablespoons oil (olive, veg, canola)
SAUCE
1 Cup Spaghetti sauce (Prego preferred)
1 Tbsp sugar
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (more or less to taste)
2 large cloves garlic, minced in press
TOPPINGS
3 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1 pound browned ground beef
Grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Olive oil
Oregano
Optional Toppings
Cooked and sliced meatballs
Sliced mushrooms
