1 cup milk
1/2 cup beef broth
2.5 tbsp butter/margarine, melted (recommended 3-4)
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
dash onion powder
1 30oz package OreIda frozen country style shredded hash brown potatoes
2 cups shredded colby cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar
In a heated pot/skillet, combine the milk, broth butter, salt, pepper, and onion powder. Stir in hash browns.
Cook and stir over medium heat until potatoes are heated through.
Stir in cheese.
Transfer to a greased shallow 2 quart baking dish
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
