Ingredients

5 1/3 cups (1 bag) shredded coconut
1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Cooking Instructions

combine all ingredients, spoon out with teaspoon onto parchment paper on a cookie sheet 1 inch apart. bake 325-350 degrees for 8-12 minutes, let sit, then remove.
