Yam Mallow Casserole

Ingredients

1 (40 oz.) can Bruce's Yams Cut Sweet Potatoes in syrup, drained
1/2 c brown sugar
1/3 c butter or margarine
1/2 tsp salt
1 c large marshmallows

Cooking Instructions

1. Heat oven to 350 F
2. Mix salt and brown sugar
3. Combine drained can of Yams, brown sugar mixture, and butter or margarine in a large mixing bowl.
4. Transfer to casserole dish.
5. Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes until glazed.
6. Remove from oven and place marshmallows side by side on top of the casserole.
7. Bake until golden brown.
