Chicken Lo Mein 2

Ingredients

1 chicken breast, sliced or cubed (mouth sized)
1/2 c matchstick carrots
1 can water chestnuts
1 stalk celery, cut small pieces
1 tsp chili pepper paste
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp ginger paste
2 Tbsp veg oil for wok when cooking
2 oz soy sauce (reduced salt)
3 pkg A-Sha Tainnan noodles (Costco) and sauce packs (or 10-12 oz pasta)

Cooking Instructions

1. Cook noodles for 2 min or other pasta and put aside.
2. Cook chicken in wok with all spices and oil, except soy sauce. Use packets that came with the noodles. Or use a few Tbsp soy sauce if you use pasta without package of sauce.
3. Add carrots, water chestnuts, and celery. Toss with chicken.
4. Add cooked noodles and soy sauce and toss for a few minutes.
5. Plate meal and add soy sauce to taste.
