2 C. pumpkin seeds
1 ½ T. vegetable oil
1 tsp salt (or popcorn salt)
Cooking Instructions
Oven: 250 degrees 30-35 minutes
Place seeds in colander and wash under warm water. Mix seeds, salt, and oil in a bowl. Spread onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 250 degrees for 30-35 minutes stirring occasionally until golden brown. Cool and eat.
