Ingredients

1 16oz can tomato sauce
1 16oz can kidney beans
1 tsp salt (to taste)
½ tsp pepper (to taste)
2 lbs. ground beef
1 stalk celery
½ onion
¼ - ½ tsp garlic powder
2-3 Tbsp chili powder

Cooking Instructions

<ol><li>Bring 16 oz can tomato sauce (rinse with ½ can water) to boil in large sauce pan.&nbsp;</li><li>Add salt and pepper to taste.</li><li>Brown 2 lbs. ground beef and add to boiling sauce.&nbsp;</li><li>Chop ½ onion and 1 stalk of celery.&nbsp;</li><li>Bring to boil in small sauce pan and cover. Simmer until soft.&nbsp;</li><li>Add cooked onion and celery to tomato sauce mixture.&nbsp;</li><li>Add garlic powder and chili powder to taste.&nbsp;</li><li>Bring to boil, then simmer Add 16 oz kidney beans (do not drain).</li><li>Simmer 10-15 minutes, stirring constantly.
