Ingredients

<b>PIZZA DOUGH
</b>2 cups bread flour, reserve 1 cup when kneading1 teaspoon salt
2 packages. Rapid rise yeast
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 cup warm water (120-130 degrees)
2 Tablespoons oil (olive, veg, canola)

<b>SAUCE
</b>1 Cup Spaghetti sauce (Prego preferred)
1 Tbsp sugar
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (more or less to taste)
2 large cloves garlic, minced in press

<b>TOPPINGS
</b>3 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1 pound browned ground beef
Grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Olive oil<p>Oregano&nbsp;&nbsp;
<b>Optional Toppings
</b>Cooked and sliced meatballs
Sliced mushrooms</p>

Cooking Instructions

<b>MAKING THE PIZZA DOUGH
</b>1. Combine 2 cups flour, salt, yeast, and sugar in a large bowl; leaving a "well" in the center.
2. Heat water and oil together until ~120 degrees.
3. Pour all liquid into flour mixture "well" and mix.
4. Gradually add remaining cup of flour while kneading dough on floured surface.
5. Knead for at least 5 minutes until dough is smooth, firm, and not sticky.
6. Return to greased bowl and let rest covered for 10-15 minutes.
7. Generously grease 9x13 inch baking sheet.
8. Spread dough evenly and cover; let rest in warm place until doubled in size. (~ 30 minutes)

<b>SAUCE
</b>1. Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
2. Stir well to mix garlic.

<b>COOKING THE PIZZA
</b>1. Spread sauce onto dough using the back of a tablespoon or small ladle.
2. Spread mozzarella cheese evenly
3. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese
4. Add ground beef and any other optional toppings
5. Sprinkle salt and fresh ground pepper to taste.
6. Lightly drizzle olive oil.
7. Bake in preheated 450 degree oven on lower rack for 12-14 minutes or until edges are brown.
8. Remove from oven, and let cool down for a couple minutes before cutting with a pizza cutter.
9. Add Dried Oregano leaves.
