Ingredients
Brownies:<br />
1 - 18.4m oz box brownie mix<br />
Vegetable oil - follow directions on box for amount (eg. 1/2 cup, 2/3 cup)<br />
1/4 cup Irish Cream liqueur<br />
2 eggs<br />
<br />
Frosting:<br />
2 cups Powdered Sugar<br />
1/4 cup butter, softened<br />
1 Tbs milk<br />
1/4 cup Irish Cream Liqueur<br />
1/2 tsp vanilla<br />
<br />
Chocolate Drizzle:<br />
1/8 cup chocolate chips, chopped<br />
1 tsp+ butter or margarine
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees<br />
Spray a 9" x 9" baking pan with cooking spray or line with parchment paper<br />
In large bowl, combine brownie mix, 1/4 cup Irish Cream, vegetable oil and eggs. Mix well - about 50 strokes<br />
Pour into prepared pan<br />
Bake 25 - 30 minutes or until brownies are set and begin to pull away from sides of pan. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Tooth pick inserted into center of brownies comes out with just a few moist crumbs.<br />
Cool 45 minutes or until completely cool<br />
Frosting:<br />
Beat butter in small bowl until light and fluffy<br />
Beat in all remaining frosting ingredients - adding enough milk for desired spreading consistency<br />
Beat until frosting becomes fluffy<br />
Spread over cooled brownies<br />
Glaze:<br />
Place glaze ingredients in small microwave safe bowl. <br />
Microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds. Stir until melted and smooth. Add more butter if needed to make it drizzleable.<br />
Drizzle over frosted brownies using tip of spoon.
