1. Layout plastic cups on a baking sheet without the lids on. Set aside.
2. Place gelatin mix in a medium mixing bowl. Pour in the boiling water and whisk until gelatin is completely dissolved. <p>3. Pour in vodka and cold water*. Whisk to combine.
4. Pour the mixture into each plastic cup, filling until almost full.
5. Refrigerate the shots for 2-3 hours or until set. Put lids on cups and store in the fridge until ready to serve.

Peach jello, 2 oz peach schapps, 2oz vodka, 4 oz cranberry juice (not sure if we like this one)
Lemon jello, 2/3 cup Whip vodka, 1/3 cup water</p>
