Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. chicken flavored ramen noodle soup mix, uncooked
1/2 C. sugar
1/3 C. vegetable oil
1/4 C. cider vinegar
1/4 C. water
1 (16 oz.) pkg. refrigerated broccoli slaw or coleslaw
6 green onions, thinly sliced, including green tops (about 1 C.)
1 C. cashews, chopped
1/4 C. sunflower seeds

Cooking Instructions

Combine seasoning packets from ramen noodle packages, sugar, oil, vinegar and 1/4 C. water in large bowl.

Stir until sugar dissolves.

Add slaw and green onions.

Crumble ramen noodles and add to slaw mixture. Toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.

Stir in cashews and sunflower seeds just before serving.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
